Please use the /!\ Report Post function to report rule-breaking users, rather than make topics about them. If you want to make a suggestion about our rules, you can post it in Forum Updates & Suggestions. However, disabling posting links for new members is probably something that we won't do. We don't like imposing restrictions on new members and most rule-breaking posts get removed very quickly. This case taking a while was a one off.
