You looking for Google for a program, you downloaded it and the program doesn't work. You delete it but don't know that you got infected with a keylogger or virus. When you login on RuneScape the hacker will see you username and password and change this, you are hacked.

Don't recover your password on the infected PC. Do this on a clean pc, and scan the infected computer before you use it again!

Download the Emsisoft Emergency Kit (EEK) and install it.

TIP: Set it on a USB Stick.

When you installed it you will see a folder with this files:

Double click on start and you will get this:

Choose Emergency Kit Scanner, you will be asked to run it with a administrator account (choose yes), comandpromt will open, this close automatic. Click on Scan computer (second option) and you will get this:

Choose the option in the red. This scan can take a long time, the best option is to let the computer alone when it scans. When the scan is complet follow the steps what EEK give, you computer is clean. Happy 'Scaping.

When you set EEK on a USB Stick and use the program, don't get the USB Stick you the computer!

I've heard of EMSIsoft, used "Hijackfree" to sniff out unwanteds, they are good guys.
