When I'm playing RuneScape, sometimes, my browser will freeze up and turn white. It has been happening often randomly throughout the game. It has also caused me to die a few times in the wilderness. I've heard people say to re install Java and make sure it's the latest version of java. I've done that today, and sure enough it happened again. Is there any reason for this? Is this happening to anyone else?

 

If it helps, I'm using Google Chrome for my web browser. I would appreciate any feedback.

Well you can download the client for Windows from the downloads section of RuneScape.

I too have this issue, It seems it happens at certain places commonly, but I really think its just chrome. I've played on firefox on this computer as wlel and it doesn't do it at all.

Do you get a "hs_err_pid" file on your desktop?

What does that mean if you get a hs_err_pid file??
