is it just me or is that ripped :? Well if you DREW the character AND the backround, then good job. If you just grabbed a pic from the internet... then boo

there is no way he drew that. maybe the bg, but not the guy with the weird doo. :P

i dont know he coud have drawn it so pwople colllege wise are that good and the outter glow is an easy blend but the bg is very simple it can easily be obtained by going into filter and textures.
