Klank doesn't give a tinderbox so one should be brought with you. Not really sure if he ever did but he doesn't now and it isn't possible to light Iban's tomb with the toolbelt one.

firstly thanks for your submission :).

 

At one point, he did give out tinderboxes but that was changed with the toolbelt update. Jagex have since allowed for the toolbelt tinderbox to work for this quest ([QFC]14-15-135-63743300[/QFC], page 15) so I have went ahead and clarified the appropriate sections of the guide.
