hi im having some trouble finding the frozen guy in to start this quest, ive done 50+ dg's all in floors 1-11 and all over 2 complexity, why cant i find him is he just very rare?

He's not especially rare, quite common really. People do tend to overlook him though as he is a solid block of ice that blends into the room fairly easily and can be overlooked.

 

Most people (that I know) who didn't overlook him found him in 1 or 2 floors.
