What would be the best way to cash in the easy, medium, and hard tokens? I don't want to go for the exp option...I've heard sharks for easy and medium, and herbs for hard, but is there a spreadsheet or something that has the average gp value of each category for the tokens?

Pure Essence is the best at the moment for easy and medium. Hard is still herbs.
