IntrepidX Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Hi there, I was looking to see if a morphic hammer calculator existed on this site but it doesn't. I wanted to know how many morphic hammers I needed to level construction with Mahogany Planks. Is there a way to calculate this? I want to play SC every once in a while (I'm a casual player) but only long enough to obtain x amount of hammers. X being the number of hammers required to level construction to the next level. I think this calculator would be useful to other players as well especially since these Sacred Clay items do not stack in the bank. Thanks for this website. As Kimberly mentioned, the easiest solution would be to have the calculators tell you how many morphic tools you will go through if you indicate that you are using one. However, this would require adjustments to the calculator back-end, which is currently undergoing serious maintenance, so it will be a while before such a feature will appear. Another problem is that we don't appear to know for exactly how much XP a morphic tool will last. Our items database pages and the Stealing Creation guide use vague terms such as "It lasts for a certain amount of xp gained", which makes it difficult to actually do any calculations. Speedyshel Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 At one point in time, I had put together a calculator for all the morphic and volatile tools, but when I was testing values I ran into the problem All_Bogs mentioned above. For some skills, the experience gained is consistent, but for others it isn't. For example, the morphic hammer lasts for 50,750 xp when doing Construction and 64,125 xp when doing Smithing. The fishing, woodcutting, and crafting is very inconsistent and varies greatly across different activities performed (ex. Blue dhide lasts a diff amt of xp to green dhide, etc.).I did extensive research and couldn't quite narrow down accurately enough to warrant publishing a calculator that wasn't completely reliable data-wise. - Speedyshel Website Updates and Corrections *..It is better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you're not..* Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
