It'll be in the spot where your Saradomin Team Cape is.

Nope, I withdrew the cape and the hood didn't come with it, in fact when I stored the hood the cape wasn't stored along with it

If it let you put it in, but you can't get it out it is quite obviously a glitch; so you should submit a bug report.

 

In terms of 'help' there's naff all we can do; if you're lucky you'll be able to get it back from the rack when the bug is fixed. Realistically that hood is gone never to see the light of day again.
