Assassin1357
At what level should I actually start trying to train the skill? And how should I find a team, just go to a dungeoneering world or what? And how long would it take to get to 80 at like 2-3 hours a day dungeoneering Also how would I go about getting a primal 2h? Could I search the runescape forums for a smith? Dusk Souls
I don't know about at which level to start actually dungeoneering; but I have seen people say 60 to 65-ish, as for a prometheum 2h I believe the friend chat "Dung Smith" can help you get one. Low Levelled
Yes, dung chat is good. High levelled friends can also help. And honestly I'd just start doing it right away, so that way when you're high enough to find a team, you have some experience.
ErnieLoco
The normal rule of thumb is to start doing real floors when you unlock abandon 2's - that is floors 30-35. Some people wait until lvl 69 for floor 35 while others start as soon as they unlock floor 30 at lvl 59. The reason for this is that pretty much no one on the normal dungeoneering worlds/teams do large floors before floor 30. Everyone rushes c1 small floors for 1-29. I would also recommend starting to do some actual dungs before you start dunging with a team. If actually training dung instead of using lamps on it, rush smalls all but maybe your last 5 floors. For the last few, do c6 mediums solo (or duo if you have a friend willing to help). Always make sure every floor you can unlock is checked off before resetting your prestige. Be forewarned that the official dung worlds are full of complete idiots. You're much better off dunging with some friends or a clan. If you can get someone who actually knows how to dung to teach you the basics, that will help immensely.
Assassin1357
Thanks for all the advice everyone. I think I will wait to 59 and then actually go at it. I may try to find a dung team or something. I know the basics, I have got about 10 levels from actually dungeoneering but gave up because it was so slow. And I haven't played in about a year so most of the friends I had don't play any more or I am not close enough to them to train with them
