Moarmurdah
So im used to using the scim figuring it was the best, for whatever reason that may be. But im starting to notice that its not nearly as good as i thought. I know certain weapons are better for different attack styles. Does that mean i should have a scim and a longsword or something and be switching back and forth? i wanna make sure im getting the most out of what im spending my time on
rilo kiley
use a scim until you get into the 60s-70s where abbysal whip/sara sword are your training methods, scim because its fast, at your level there aren't huge weaknesses in crush/slash/stab in lower lvl monsters, so in short scim is faster=faster xp iOwn.... (kinda)2 year old account, Hoping to max before 3-year mark.Drops - LOTS! =P1500 total, 2000 total, 2200 total, 2400 total, 2496 total, 2595 total.99s in order: 99 herblore, 99 firemaking, 99 cooking, 99 strength, 99 Constitution, 99 Attack, 99 ranged, 99 dungeoneering, 99 summoning, 99 fletching,
Dusk Souls
Outside of Dungeoneering there are very few monster whose Defense levels are high enough that you need to use a specific weapon (Higher tier Dragons, waterfiends and some bosses mostly) so a DScimmy + Ddefender are the best option for general training in fhe 60-70 range, once you hit 70 Abbysal whip + Ddefender is best for attack and defence training, for Strength a Sara sword is best AFAIK. But once you hit 80 attack Chaotic rapier beats them all, no question. Having said that, with the upcoming combat rework it ia possible this will change as Jagex have stated that they want combay to be more immersive and have monsters' weaknesses and strengths actually matter during combat. Dusk Souls
Forgot to mention that using pots and the best offensive prayers you have (ideally Turmoil; but piety is awesome too; but Chivalry has served me really well) to maximize xp gains.
