May 19, 201214 yr From asking various people, this is my best idea of how gazers can spawn. To get a gazer on critical, you have to have one 99 slayer in your team. It does not matter how many 99 slayers you have beyond this. For a gazer to spawn, you have to have an extremely high room value (only 1 other monster can ever be in with a gazer).Room values are determined by combat level (summoning not included). Higher level floors give higher room values, and even more so for higher tier floors (47 more than 36, 60 more than 48).Non critical paths have random room values (can get lower than t8 resources, and noob monsters etc). So your team has no effect on the chance of a gazer in these dead ends (Does floor type/number effect these rooms though?) Assuming the above to be true, you will get more gazers in a team of 5 138s with 1 99 slayer in that, than a team of 120s with 5 99 slayers. Anything I have missed out/got wrong? Check it out, huge amount of effort has gone into this massive mod![hide=old sig][/hide]
May 20, 201214 yr Rooms like Ramo etc are going to lower the room value for a few rooms after they are opened.

May 20, 201214 yr I haven't done any testing, but I think everyone has noticed how you tend to get low level monsters for a few rooms after a ramo/ghosts/merc/mono. I would imagine this would extend to slayer monsters.
