Low Levelled
what are your levels combat wise? the best way to train prayer is spending a lot of money, just so you know :P

Nico Robin
kill hill giants, bank them every trip and go to a guilded altar for far more exp than burying. 899th to 120 attack! August 9, 2014~!
Hedgehog
First of all, don't go around burying bones. Use the bones a gilded altar in someones player-owned house (world 31 is good for this). You'll receive 3.5x xp and save a lot of effort, time, and, most importantly, money.
Tnt6200
I would recommend getting your prayer to level 43 so you can use Protect from Melee. The best way to do train prayer is using bones on a gilded altar. There are usually people that will let you use their altar in world 31 (House Parties) if you do not have one. At the moment using babydragon bones is around 8 gp/xp so going from level 20-43 will cost 350-400k. Here is a link to Grimy's Prayer spreadsheet where you can check the prices on various methods. EDIT: Hedge is a ninja.
