The installation was going smooth, until it hit a point where the progress bar didn't move for hours, I cancelled the installation and read about a similar issue that happened to someone, it had something to do with their AV having a sandbox option not allowing the installation to be completed.

 

Right now I'm wondering if my AV even has that option at all, I'm using BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2012. I looked on the options and didn't find anything.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Using Windows 7 Home Premium

Unplug the internet cable from the computer. Disable the antivirus and install? See if that works. Remember to enable the antivirus before you replug the internet cable.

 

Offtopic: What are you going to use autocad for?( to design what)

My brother was going to install it on my computer today (He's on the 8th semester of civil engineering) and I'm on the 4th, so I want to have the tool at hand already :P
