I've made a few edits to the guide based on your post, I'll run down which bits and why not for others etc:

 

FSH - Not added, theres a note at the start of the guide that all setups can be improved with it (of course)

 

Pernix/Torva - I was wary about including these because not many people have them, and they don't really improve things atall, for an experienced player they'd just be a drain on cash (neither the healing or defence is required). For this reason they haven't been included in setups, however there is a note later in the guide about these pieces. Similar to ely/divine, they act as a crutch and I've added both of those shields to the section on nex gear too.

 

ACP - I considered including this but decided against it in the end due to the minimal increase in accuracy being outweighed by it's risk. I've added it to the flowchart anyway. I've also split up the ranged and melee/magic body sections since that's tidier like you suggested.

 

Boots - I don't really see why people wouldn't use dragon boots if they don't have frem boots, but its nice to have the clarification that they're better than a range boost in that slot.

 

Cape - While a reasonable strength bonus is important, I wouldn't value it over the large prayer bonus of soul wars. Supreme kills are fast enough anyway, I've added it as equal to ardy cape.

 

Shield - Agreed, ely/divine added to a seperate section as noted before. Ddef added in brackets as assumed for supreme/specials.

 

Ranged wep - I was led to believe sagaies were better than they actually are, did some testing today and the dps is comparable to broads (they max only slightly lower by a few points). I've re-arranged the flowchart for this, added a note that sagaies are a decent low-risk alternative. For the same reason (low risk alternative) I've added rcbow below sagaies. I'll get the calculator fixed to reflect this too.

 

Special wep - For clarification I've added ddef in with dds, though it is stated in the shield section.

 

Familiar - While dks without pack yak isn't exactly great, especially with prices today, I don't believe the note about profit is needed.
