That was the first thing that I tried and they all ignored me and just went on their jolly way. I offered gold and everything...

EDIT: And I didn't offer gold at first because I know they do it for free. But after being ignored I had to...

Well I have contacted them a lot of times and they never ignored me, so I don't know what else to say.
