XP Rates

I need some XP rates for the following training methods. Don't factor in auras or clothing bonuses:

 

• Ivy
  
• Teaks w/ adze + juju (wc xp only)
  
• C2 fishing
  
• Draconics w/ witchdoctor/bear/favours
  
• Plundering 91+ both with and without SOTG. Also curious if it's beneficial to rush all the way to floor 8 and leave, or do some of 7 and 8 for the full timer each trip.

  80 k xp/hr max
   
  
• Teaks w/ adze + juju (wc xp only)
   
  110 k xp/hr + 30 k firemaking
   
  
• C2 fishing
   
  115 k xp / hr max
   
  
• Draconics w/ witchdoctor/bear/favours
   
  260-280 k xp/hr max
   
  
• Plundering 91+ both with and without SOTG. Also curious if it's beneficial to rush all the way to floor 8 and leave, or do some of 7 and 8 for the full timer each trip.
   
  Not sure about sotg. The max rate with a partner is just slightly below monkey knife fighters though, about 280-300 k xp/hr.
