cheeseownsu
You have to decorate all 3 spots for the 'make the cave look good' objective, I tried after doing two and the butler told me it still wasn't done. After the quest you can talk to the chef and he'll offer you a reward for killing the Cave Wolf Matriarch (still lvl 283). The attacks are exactly the same except they do 5x more damage. The most efficient way to kill her is probably by using range/magic so you can hit her and run to avoid her magical attacks and not have to deal with her hard melee hits. The magic ball attack can hit 250+, falling stalagmites can range from 70 to 210 depending on how many hit you (each hitting 70 with a max of 4 hitting you), melee is again 250+ so it's a good idea to avoid getting close. The juvenile wolves (lvl 73 I think?) are back and will also attack you with melee, hitting a max around 100. Matriarch drops a skull and nothing else, juvenile wolves drop wolf bones only. Take the skull back to the chef and he'll offer you 2k pure essence, 3.5k flax, 300 ground dragon scales, or 100 ground unicorn horns. Right now 3.5k flax being the most valuable at a nice 210k, pretty sweet for a 5-10 minute fight. Sadly it isn't repeatable, probably should've taken some pictures :/. cheeseownsu
It seems necessary to ask Ceril about where Phillipe is for the first location or he won't appear there, after that he teleports to the next location after you use the lamp. Kinda funny that they have a 350 qp and 400 qp location listed, the 400 one says not possible while the 350 one doesn't :P.
Sy_Accursed
He does appear without talking to Ceril, I did not talk to Ceril once and got all the lamps. And indeed the rs wiki (the jagex one) does list 350qp location as piscatoris fishing colony machine room and the 400qp place as south gate of priffindas. But only 400qp is marked as ungettable, one would assume this perhaps means their test servers have already breached the 350qp quest mark (only 17 away so could be doable in like 6 quests) Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

We are currently in the process of confirming the number of decorations needed, as we're getting numerous reports that one decoration is actually enough, but it is also quite possible that by making only two, you are forced have three made to complete the decoration task, and could be an unintentional bug on Jagex's side. We are not sure of this yet but will follow up accordingly. As for the post-quest activity, we're working on getting this confirmed as appropriate. In regards to how to find Philipe and whether or not one needs to talk to Sir Ceril Carnillean, we are working to confirm this as well. Thanks a bunch.
