I just got disconnected, and it won't let me log in back. It says "Your account has not logged out from its last session. Try again in a few minutes." I reopened the client, wouldn't work, I tried FF, wouldn't work. Am I the only one?

Jagex is telling you to go play outside.... This happens to me sometimes when the server you are in crashes in some way. I had my character stuck in a certain world for 36 hours one time.
