We know that you need to be wearing the ring of visibility from Rasolo, west of the fishing guild, to see it(can you please add the ring to the 'useful inventory' bit please) It does not have a disguise but takes the form of a 'ghostly' penguin, faint bluish in colour It is worth 3 points. (making the max a week now 19 points, please change that bit at the bottom) Chuck does not give any hints for it. It will count on quick chat as an 11th spy. (spying the 10 normal penguins still gives the 'you have spied them all this week' message though) It makes a quiet 'snow crunching' sound if you're within a couple of squares of it and not the usual peep and squeak of a normal penguin in ambient sounds. It moves like implings and can go over the sea and mountains. [hide] [/hide] It's examine is 'licence to chill' [hide] [/hide] People who have the ring but haven't done the quest are able to see it but they will get the 'You must complete the quest to spy this penguin' message. Every 12 minutes it will teleport to a different location. So far it has only teleported to a penguin spawn that is worth 1 point...there are 34 of these ;) [hide] - Goblin Village bush -west of generals hut in goblin village- Castle Wars bush - at bridge outside lobby entrance- Central Karamja bush - 2 minimaps north of the nature altar- Dorgesh-Kan barrel - north side of the market- Rellekka rock -at rock crabs to ne inside relleka- Entrana barrel - Nw side of the island by the seaweed- Draynor crate - --- at draynor manor gate-near quest sign- Mage Arena bush -west of mta building- Ice Mountain rock -at top ice mount-by oracle- McGrubbors bush - close to the fairy ring- Observatory crate - slightly north west of the observatory by the hill giants- Sawmill crate -dead centre of the sawmill- Al Kharid cactus - east of the palace by a cactus- Barb Outpost bush - east of the stepping stones along the coast- Feldip rock - near Rantz- Gnome Stronghold bush - south of gnome ball along the river- Musa Point crate - south east side of the volcano area- Zanaris toadstool - east of the furnace- East Karamja bush - in the centre of that island- White Wolf rock - On top of the mountain behind the glider- Lumbridge toadstool - near the water altar in the swamp- Digsite rock - NW corner of the digging area by a tree- Wizards Tower bush - south side of the island near the fairy ring- Eagles Peak bush - north west of the ferret camp- Lighthouse rock - in the middle of the island- Port Khazard barrel - east of the trawler store , near the docks under the canopy- Gnome Maze bush - south side of the maze (it can walk through the hedges)- Brimhaven bush - north of the gold horseshoe mine, nw of brimhaven- Mudskipper bush - south of the fairy ring- Ardougne bush - north of the history outpost- Burthorpe rock - on Death plateau throwing trolls area- Smoky Well cactus - by the well- Witchaven rock - near the fishing shop- KQ Lair cactus - desert [/hide] They're not in the same place on other worlds. I did some hopping around mcgroubers woods and found a couple, I managed to take some screenies with the orb of oculus, they are quite difficult to find and the trees didn't help.
