I tried one from download.com but I couldn't copy the DVDs because of some code for anti piracy, forgot the name. What should I use to get around this...? It;s illegal to circumvent anti piracy measures according to the wonderful pice of paper Bush signed called the 'Digital Millennium Copyright Act' which gives all the power to the music and movie companies and strips away the rights of the consumer. There are tools that can do this. Unfortunatly we cant tell you on this forum. Search google and you will find the answer. Correct me if your wrong but this is technically alright because its also backing up the dvd. Unlike with CD's it is illegal to make backups of DVD that you own unless you are the copywrite holder.
