Saradomin_Mage Posted August 22, 2012 Share Posted August 22, 2012 You can trade or talk to him as long as you don't actually steal something from his stall - if you only get caught by him you can still freely talk/trade. Once you've stolen something I believe you have to wait for 10-15 minutes, unless you have a vial of stench (a). In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
