In Step 10, it should mention to bank all your items before speaking to Tiffy, so that you can be immediately teleported to the HQ after meeting with Korasi.

 

Pretty minor stuff, but it's interesting to mention.

 

Before speaking to Jessika and accusing her of releasing a pest onto the mainland, speak to everyone else to get interesting responses to what you accuse them of: Terry broke his mother's vase and Ami stole her sister's money (and for some reason, you're allowed to accuse DIana of stealing from herself...).

Another tip I'd like to add for this quest: the Falador and Port Sarim lodestones are in very convenient locations. They may be even close than the cabbage patch and, of course, require no items in your inventory.
