Under Step 11, it says: "Directly to the west, the Frozen Fortress stands". It's actually directly to your east.

 

Under Step 16, it says to grab a hammer if you forgot one. A toolbelt hammer will work for this quest.

Under Step 22, even though it says to go back to the pedestal you noted earlier, it wouldn't hurt to mention that it's the one located outside, above-ground.

 

Under Step 23, when you try to re-enter the dungeon, you'll be given the option to resume progress where you left it off, or reset your progress and start over. You'll need to resume where you left off.

I was doing the quest earlier and I've been able to make the changes you suggested. Step 11 has been corrected. Step 16 was also corrected. Step 22 already says this really, so I left it as it was. Step 23 has had that added in.
