R3moteman
Hey, I haven't been on here in ages but when I used to come on here regularly I remember seeing a guide from 84 to 99 herblore training on only the untradable potions. This gave you an almost lifetime supply of potions and seemed the right thing to do. Anyone know if this is still a good idea and where I could find this guide? Thanks in advance,
Hedgehog
The idea of making untradable potions to 99 herblore is outdated. Superantifires are useless, you don't need any antifire protection at blues, and regular antifires work fine at metals. All four of those tasks should be skipped, anyway. You only need a few thousand extremes, 2k of each (excluding defense) will last a long time. Overloads aren't particularly useful, except while dungeoneering and some bosses. Unless you MH constantly, you won't need a ton of them. So just make 2k extreme attack, strength, range, and magic, then another 1k or so overload ingredients. Do the remainder of your xp with prayer renewals. Although I would recommend just unlocking the potions you need then making them in smaller batches, then fill out your xp with renewals when you get close to maxing. JohnTheCop
I would advise waiting till after eoc comes out and see how useful each potion will be then deciding the proper course of action form there.
