November 25, 201213 yr When initially making it you get the choice.Otherwise it is 1 blast fusion hammer (bought at blast furnace for 1m) at the Dragonkin Forge place beyond Kuradel (only light-able after WGS) to swap it between classes. Hammer is consumed when class swapping so can get rather pricey to keep switching.
