Alright, so I thought I'll go try some bossing, so I decided to go to Arma with a friend. As I got there, trying to get the KC, my chat gets filled with, "the obsidian armour splinters with the blowm tearing you apart." and I get dealt damage constantly..being a level 80 armour..Was I supposed to deposit or donate the 30k tokkul to help the obsidian armour? Please help.

However, you'll take triple damage if you use it against other players, or in any other location.

 

In other words, it's not really worth it outside of the Tzhaar city.
