Bad911 Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 I'm back to playing Runescape for a little while. I quit because Jagex destroyed everything I held sacred. Now that I'm back, I really like it, because I don't feel invested in the game anymore. I'm basically a casual player now. My question is, how much experience (up to now) has Jagex dished out for free in the past few months that I was gone? I'm curious about whether it was a lot or a little. E: I have no idea why I opened with a sob story. I have really no idea what you mean with 'free xp' or exactly what sort of timeline you're looking at. That's why I posted the link for you to check yourself. The only XP that was given away (that I can think of right now) were the promissory note in September IIRC.Some other stuff like pendants from the wheel, more XP from tears of guthix, a bonus weekend (2x) last month, etc. By the way, why are you interested in the XP you missed? :P. I was thinking about how I had to pay the regular membership price (+$3) and how many loyalty points I lost, but the free experience made me wonder what skills I could've gotten for free. HexiledRazz Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Mostly just the promissory note(Which i think summed up to 1M exp?), a double exp weekend, any skill pendants you could have won on the SoF, and any December days you may have missed out on using your festive aura. Auras were 25% off and everything else 50% off. Last week we had double monster drops at godwars bosses, mole, glacors, kalphite queen, chaos tunnels, and a few more. This weekend there are double rewards from a select few minigame such as castle wars, pest control, soul wars, etc..Next week we will be getting double dungeoneering xp per floor completed. A new Grandmaster quest was released last week, and next week we will be getting the much anticipated PoP update. :). There's never been a better time to subscribe! :XD:.
