December 16, 201213 yr Hello,I have a swiftkit account on my computer and it does not to seem to work. I have a lot of screenshots on this swiftkit account which I would really like to retrieve. However, when I do try to log in, it says "The password for this profile could not be retrieved, it may have been deleted or corrupted". I was wondering if it were possible if a Swiftkit administrator would be able to help me and possibly retrieve the screenshots taken on the account or simply restore my account.Thanks. December 16, 201213 yr the screenshots can be found inside your swiftkit install folder, normally c:\Program Files (x86)\SwiftKit\Screenshots\ I would also recommend this as a back up just in case something were to happen to your computer http://kb.swiftkit.n...creenshots.html All Accounts and their data, notes, screenshots are all stored locally and not on SwiftKit servers.

That's the problem though. When I do check the folders, my account is not in there. When I do try to log on the account, it says the account may have been deleted or corrupted. I assume that means I'm f'ed. PROUD LEGENDZ HIGH COUNCIL
