iBorg Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 Okay Im a full noob but this is frustrating... I cannot use Iron Arrows "on any bow" ... I get the ingame message: "your weapon isnt powerful enough for that ammunition" I tried using a Shield Bow and Quick Bow made of normal wood..... I have lvl 17 attackLvl 22 fletchLvl 21 ranged I know it's something minor but I have searched and searched this website and all I read is: "works on any bow" without any limitations or mention of "skill level needed" Thx in advance,iBorg the noob Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Quyneax Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 That's probably from the old combat system, where iron and bronze were both level 1. Under the new system, iron is level 5 iirc, putting it a step ahead of bronze and making it unusable by level 1 weapons, such as normal bows. Upgrading your weapon should fix your problem. brain for me Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 If you want to use iron arrows, i recommend you to get at least 25 ranged and 35 strength. Also i recommend you to get willow, maple or higher bows. You need higher ranged lvl for better bows.
