What's a decent place to train ranged in EoC?

My friend asked me and I have no clue about it anymore, doesn't have to be the fastest but what are a few good training spots for range. Do they have to have a ranged weakness (arrow, bolt, thrown) to be a viable option?

Icefiends in Ghorrock fortress. 400-450k range/defence XP/hr. Cannon, void, dual cbow, overloads and anguish.

 

It's over 400k with momentum, so abilities or not is up to you.
