JAG - Account blocked!

Please help!

I tried to reduce the lag so I browsed the RS forums for solutions. I saw the solution "delete cache" so I did that. When I opened the client again I had to write the answers for the "JAG questions". I've really forgot the answers. I wrote what I thought was right, but I've used up my tries so now I have to wait 24 hours. :/

Really, I'm not a hacker or something like that as this is MY account. blk.gif

Really frustrating... How do I solve this? Been on this account since 2004/2005. I lied to myself when I told myself: "Write the answers in notepad? Meh, I will remember". >_<

And sorry if this is the wrong section.

I doubt clearing your cache has anything to do with your password being lost (its not saved in your browser whatsoever).

There is two ways to reclaim your account, eather contact the account help (which will take a looooooooooooong time to responds), or contact billing support with your issue and ask them about your account (they respond fairly quickly).

Nuget: I cleared the cache because people say that may solve the lag problem I had. Will try to contact billing support though.

Just got a mail back from [email protected], and they have reset my JAG! :D Feel free to close this thread.
