Is it possible to zoom in on the runescape game window?

Featured Replies

I've started playing on a 40" TV but the game is obviously designed for much smaller screens and doesn't fit the massive one...

Zooming in with the browser does not change the size of the game window, and there is no in game option to zoom in 07.

I'm not necessarily looking for a runescape oritented solution, if anyone knows a cool browser or resolution trick that would make it zoom in I'd like to hear it.

Thanks.

Not sure if it still works, but in resizable on windows Vista, then click on the 'outside' of the game, hold ctrl and scroll up.

It allowed me to take big sized screenshots of myself back when I did it.

That's broswer zooming in, and it's not working for me in firefox, the game window stays a static size while the adverts and stuff zoom in. Something to do with how java is used.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say, hah, no.

You could try putting it into an extremely small resolution by todays standard, but your TV will likely just cut it off and give you a small box rather than speading it across the whole screen.

Changing to a really low screen resolution did the trick perfecly, dunno why I didn't try that straight away. :)
