Seems it might be a java issue, I'd recommend trying to reinstall java6.

Uninstall previous versions of java

Restart your computer

Using Internet Explorer download the 32bit offline installer from http://java.com/en/download/manual_v6.jsp

Install java

Restart your computer once more

You are now good to go.
