I have read that when it comes to melee/ranged offhand weapon the accuracy does not matter when using abilities (only the accuracy of the main hand weapon counts)

 

So - is it the same in magic?

Or the accuracy of the magic books does matter?

 

Is there point in using ahrims/virtus book over lesser ones?

Likely it's same for magic and yes, it is worth using them with momentum to barrage things.
