Hi all, I was wondering if the 2nd level Runespan level in F2P would work for getting me 99 Runecrafting. I'm at 60, but I've been getting 40-50k xp an hour. Advice?

2nd level of Runespan is definitely your best choice for F2P. Stick with body hounds for essence and syphon every node except mind storms and cyclones as they give less experience than the hounds do.

 

From what I understand you should be able to get closer to 60k/hr.

Personally I camp at the island with Finix and siphon Body Hounds until either a Fire storm or Fleshy growth node appears, that way I have a continuous cycle of essence and high XP.
