70 prayer, 85 herb, 80 ranged, and 68 summoning would be immensely helpful. Just use bandos/armadyl/subjugation as armor. Chaotic Claws (maul?), Chaotic Staff, and a Royal Crossbow would be your weapons of choice.

I was looking on rs for why you said 85 - extremes start at 88 {not sure I can get that lvl with just 50m}

You can pot up to extreme attack/strength potions once you hit 85.

By pot he means stew, and he's correct in saying you only need 85 as its fairly easy to get a +4 boost, and +5 isn't so rare that it can't happen.
