Hello guys ,

 

I Recently got 49 farming on the old runescape server I was really happy , so I decided to do Fairy Tales Part II.

But then ... I made it halfway through the quest I believe and got stuck!

 

Now the part where I got stuck is using the Fairy Ring Codes.

Normally after you've checked the Rune Temple Sign it should be deciphered or something.

 

Okay so i after checking it and using the option 'Study Nuff's Certificate' I went to the Fairy Godfather as told and picked the first option (Correct one)

After that, I went to Fairy Fixit to learn how to use the rings.

 

So after talking to her I equiped my Dramen Staff/Lunar Staff and go put in the first code. The correct order should be (AIR , DLR , DJQ , AJS)

Now i've put in the codes exactly in that order and the first place I teleport to after putting in AIR is a few spots away from the Fairy Ring!? Same with DLR and DJQ and the last one (AJS) brings me to some random island with pengiuns on it? 0.0

 

I have Re-Done everything ending up with the same result I don't get teleported to the right places using the Fairy Ring :/ and yes I'm using the right ring.

I currently have 216 quest points so i'm close to the cape

 

 

And oh yes i almost forgot! Here's what my quest log says:

I found a plague with some strange inscriptions on, near the mysterious ruin in Zanaris. Maybe I can use this to decode the message I found on the certificate, which seems quite important - I should keep it with me.

 

I really need your help guys i'm desperate!

 

So please if any of you notices stuff that I have forgotten to do before using the rings please tell me!

 

What I also was thinking ... Might this actually be a glitch? I don't know, thanks for listening!

Have you examined the text by the altar?

Did you go back to the ruins with the plaque and then keep it in your inventory as you tried to use the rings?

Have you looked at both sides of the certificate?

Yes I have looked on both sides of the certificate and if you mean the Rune Temple Sign I have examined that too. :)

Okay guys .. I found what i did wrong... So where you have to put in air and what there actually stood was aip but the p wasn't finished well so it looked extremely like an r pffft :D I'm really relieved now thanks anyway guys :)) Topic can close ! :D
