Random thoughts -

-Building a beast i shouldn't have to upgrade again for another 2-3 years.

-Never used 120hz monitor let alone 144hz.

-Not sure if I should go bigger on the CPU cooler, the i7 4770k haswell runs really hot.

-Not sure if the case will be big enough for 2 vid cards and the cpu liquid cool.

-Got a high end motherboard to support dual v-cards

Anywho, any thoughts are appreciated.

Dual monitors?

the 144hz will serve as my primary for Counter Strike.. At the moment I also have a 42" Emerson, 23.1" Asus, and a 21" Princeton

Downgrade your i7, it isn't worth it. Stick with the i5 series.

It's always a good idea to get a bit more cooling capacity than you need, that way you won't have to buy a new one if you ever upgrade other parts.
