So I went to the dueling arena, doing this as usual:

 

2 degrees, 46 minutes north

29 degrees, 11 minutes east

 

And I can't help but to notice that the dueling arena has changed since I used that coord. clue last time.

 

So my question is what's the new location?

 

Unfortunately the image on the Tip.It site is outdated, and I can see it's not the same location anymore.

 

I'm not even sure if the new location has obstacles.

It's in roughly the same spot, just now you need to select NO Obstacles. I'm on my phone so I can't really get you a screenie. But thats where it is.
