I get this on occasion when I go to the RS site... What is it?

 

Cleared cache, cookies, virus scans ect. It is still there. WTH is this?

It has to do with going to links to the RS website that have stuff like /a=254/ in the URL.

Levelup games is the company that hosts the Brazilian Portuguese servers or something.
