Dwarf Traders

Featured Replies

I just recently bought the t3 thieving aura because I wanted to try out dwarf traders. I have only done 1 hour with the aura (not a good sample size I know) but the xp was very low and I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.

The gear I am using is: Full ibis, master five finger discount aura, ardy cape 4, and 6% ava boost.

I was only able to get 210k xp in an hour with the aura and I have heard that the xp rates can be ~300k/hr or more.

Am I forgetting anything that will help increase my xp rate significantly or is that a normal xp rate for using the t3 theiving aura?

Also I was wondering if the five finger discount aura helps in pyramid plunder?

Gloves of silence help for the traders. Not clocked exp rates myself. If you have it, consider using wisdom for exp whilst the other is on cooldown.

An abyssal lurker's scroll boosts thieving and agility by 4 levels, and I believe if both are over 100 you can do double loots. Also, +4 thieving levels helps anyway

Thanks for the replies everyone!

@vmser I was thinking about using them but failing is so common I wasn't sure it was worth it but I will try them.

@chaoy2 I looked into the lurker before I did this and I read somewhere that the lurker doesn't really help much at 99 and an avatar is better but I can give that a try also
