i hope this is the correct forum, but i tried looking up a lucky armadyl crossbow on the items section, did not find one, so here's the info for that item:

when examined: A crossbow which was once the figurehead of Armadyl's army. Requires Ranged (70).

You can receive this item from the treasure hunter minigame that replaced the squeal of fortune. When won, you have the option to claim the item or receive a payout of 5mil gp (five million gold pieces).
