Here's my current status of pop and goals: Eastern Scroll goals: Unlock all scrolls and own all superior armour sets! Port Stats: Complete all storyline voyages and attain the title, Admiral of the Fleet. Port Resources: Unlock all ship updates and own the highest ranking crew members and Captains. Just seems difficult to get terracotta or crew members that are for the region I'm in, constantly getting lower level crew members.
