Ulysses Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 I think monkey knife fighters or blackjacking is fastest until you get 91. After which, pp and monkey knife fighters are roughly the same. The trainer at the Thieves' Guild is pretty fast too, but I haven't done enough to say whether it is better than the two aforementioned methods or not. 'Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.'
