I've been doing some farming tonight, and have found that the growth times you have for a few of the plants from the farming update are wrong.

 

Butterfly Flower:  listed as 160min. grows in the standard 17.5 minutes for flowers

Snape Grass: listed as 200min. grows in the same 55 mins as sweetcorn

Sunchoke: listed as 200min. Takes 50 min, as seen to be 1 tick short of sweetcorn.

I did some research myself and it seems you are correct. I'll check the growth times of all the other newer seeds and update them accordingly.
