Today I went to earn keys for TH by installing apps on my iPhone like Hotels.com, Station Digital and Walgreens. I have received any keys however, and it's been an hour. I ran the app after installing it.

 

How do I get it to trigger my keys reward?

There are very specific terms. The adware companies want you to break them so that they get their money but don't have to pay anything to Jagex. Make sure you read the entire terms and conditions.

And on the ones that are just install and open make sure that you install them via the email link only and that you do not uninstall them before it registers.

 

Equally if any require a login to function or 'initial setup' you usually have to go past that.

 

Other than that there are some that just downright do not work as intended because they are adware companies just want the mnoey and dont even own the app in question.

 

Also like hedgehog said be aware not all of are simply open - several require buying a subscription or an in-app purchase.
