I have a question about the grand exchange.

When buying or selling something, does the changes of successfully selling or buying something depend on whether or not a person in the world (the server) I'm on is trying to buy or sell that item?

Or does it work globally across all worlds?

The G.E. trades across *all* worlds :).  Of course, if you want to sell something in a player-to-player trade, a trade world may be your best bet.

Server refresh happens more frequently in busier worlds; meaning the GE offers will update more quikly aswell.

Most depends on demand, supply and if you're the highest buyer or the lowest seller ;-).

So what you are saying is that the G.E. offer can complete in reality but you may not actually have it come in for a minute or two afterward?
