Also, i tried the Shop in Catherby and Port Sarim with now luck :(

I just got the same clue scroll, and im baffled.

I think it's the fishing platform that you go to on the sea slug quest.

Sorry for not updating this, but yes it is the Sea Slug Fishing Platform, its in the little Shack thing.
