Answered biohazard glitch?

Hey guys, trying to do the quest biohazard and I'm up to the part where I need to get the touch paper from the chemist. I talk to the chemist and select the option "Talk about Biohazard..." and he simply replies with "Sorry, we're just about to close, you'll have to come back later" and then the dialogue box closes. I have all three vials on me, and have done the quest as instructed up to this point using the guide on runehq. Is there something else I may be missing? As I understand it the dialogue is supposed to continue after this point. Cheers in advance for the help

You broke your plague sample by teleporting. Go get a new plague sample and bank it before teleporting  :)

You have the vials and the sample with you right?  And you didn't say anything about the plague?  Looking over our quest guide and RuneHQ's, those are the only potential hangups that I can seem to find.

You're welcome :) I had the exact same problem a few days ago :P the confusing part is that they vials don't seem to break, but only the plague sample.
